These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loop Marketing AI ("Loop Marketing AI", "the App", "the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), a marketing automation platform available at loopmarketingai.com. By creating an account or using Loop Marketing AI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Loop Marketing AI is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses create, manage, and distribute marketing content. The App provides AI content generation, brand profile management, campaign planning, social media publishing to platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, and analytics dashboards. Loop Marketing AI is operated by Tea For Two Estate & Travel S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI: 51674708, Reg. No: J2025028967005), with its registered office at Drumul Pădurea Neagră, Nr. 62B, Bl. Corp B, Etaj 3, Ap. 10, Sector 1, București, Romania.
To use Loop Marketing AI you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Loop Marketing AI account.
You agree not to use Loop Marketing AI to:
You retain ownership of all content generated through Loop Marketing AI using your brand data and prompts. By using the App you grant Loop Marketing AI a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
Loop Marketing AI uses AI to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for any content distributed through the App. Loop Marketing AI is not liable for any AI-generated content that you choose to publish. You should always review content before approving distribution.
When you connect social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) to Loop Marketing AI, you authorise the App to post content on your behalf when you explicitly approve it, and to retrieve analytics data from your connected accounts. You remain responsible for all content posted to your social media accounts through Loop Marketing AI and for complying with each platform's terms of service. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from the Settings page within the App.
Loop Marketing AI operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using Loop Marketing AI.
Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of a billing period in cases of technical failure on our part. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or unused generation units.
Each Loop Marketing AI subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of generation units. Units are consumed as follows: text generation costs 1 unit, image generation costs 3 units, video generation costs 10 units. Unused units do not roll over to the following month.
We aim to maintain high uptime for Loop Marketing AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime or interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop Marketing AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Marketing AI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your Loop Marketing AI account at any time through your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Loop Marketing AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of București, Romania.
