Loop Marketing AI uses third-party AI services including Anthropic's Claude for text generation, Replicate for image generation, and Luma AI for video generation. When you connect social media accounts to Loop Marketing AI, we store access tokens that allow us to post content on your behalf and retrieve analytics data. These tokens are encrypted and stored securely. You can disconnect any social media account at any time through your Settings page within Loop Marketing AI. We only use these permissions to post content you have explicitly approved and to display engagement analytics within the App.
Loop Marketing AI integrates with the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram (via Meta), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each integration requires your explicit authorisation through the respective platform's OAuth flow. We request only the permissions necessary to provide our publishing and analytics features.
