Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loop Marketing AI ("Loop Marketing AI", "the App", "the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), a marketing automation platform available at loopmarketingai.com. By creating an account or using Loop Marketing AI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Loop Marketing AI is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses create, manage, and distribute marketing content. The App provides AI content generation, brand profile management, campaign planning, publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube, blog publishing to WordPress and Shopify, and analytics dashboards. Loop Marketing AI is operated by Tea For Two Estate & Travel S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI: 51674708, Reg. No: J2025028967005), with its registered office at Drumul Pădurea Neagră, Nr. 62B, Bl. Corp B, Etaj 3, Ap. 10, Sector 1, București, Romania.

2. Account Registration

To use Loop Marketing AI you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Loop Marketing AI account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Loop Marketing AI to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
Spam or send unsolicited communications
Violate the terms of service of any connected platform
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
Resell or sublicense access to Loop Marketing AI without written permission
Generate content that impersonates individuals or organisations
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through Loop Marketing AI using your brand data and prompts. By using the App you grant Loop Marketing AI a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. AI Generated Content

Loop Marketing AI uses AI to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for any content distributed through the App. Nothing is published to a connected account without your explicit approval. Loop Marketing AI is not liable for any AI-generated content that you choose to publish. You should always review content before approving distribution.

6. Connected Accounts

When you connect an account to Loop Marketing AI — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, WordPress or Shopify — you authorise the App to publish content on your behalf when you explicitly approve it, and to retrieve analytics for that account. You remain responsible for all content published to your accounts through Loop Marketing AI and for complying with each platform's terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service where you connect a YouTube channel. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Settings page within the App, or revoke access directly with the platform.

7. Free Trial

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it.

The trial includes 100 generation credits, which cover AI image generation. AI video generation is not included in the trial and becomes available when you choose a paid plan.
The trial includes one full campaign plan per brand, and you may create one brand during the trial. Adding a second brand requires choosing a plan.
Media you upload yourself is used in your posts at no credit cost, during the trial and afterwards.
When the 14 days end, your account moves to the Free plan described below rather than being locked. Your brands, content and connected accounts are kept, and you can carry on posting within the Free plan's limits or choose a paid plan at any time.

8. Free Plan

After the trial, and at any time you are not on a paid plan, your account runs on the Free plan. It is permanent and requires no payment method.

One brand. A second brand requires a paid plan.
One connected platform. You choose which.
Four posts per month, and one campaign.
100 credits per month, covering AI image generation. AI video generation is not included.
Media you upload yourself is used in your posts at no credit cost.
X (Twitter) is not available on the Free plan. Publishing to X carries a per-post cost charged to us by X, which the Free plan does not cover. Every other supported platform is available.
Blog publishing, analytics and priority support are not included.

We may change what the Free plan includes. If we reduce it, we will tell you in advance by email.

9. Subscription and Billing

Loop Marketing AI is billed per brand. The price shown for each plan is the price for one brand, and your invoice is that price multiplied by the number of active brands on your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If you add a brand part-way through a billing period, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that period, calculated by our payment provider from the days remaining. The full per-brand price then applies from your next invoice.
If you remove a brand part-way through a billing period, a prorated credit is applied to your account.
Brands on your account may be on different plans. Your invoice reflects the plan of each brand.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of a billing period in cases of technical failure on our part. Where you are a consumer, any statutory right of withdrawal you have under applicable law is unaffected by these Terms.

10. Generation Credits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of generation credits per brand. Credits are pooled across your account, so a brand may draw on the shared balance. Credits are consumed as follows:

Text (captions, blog articles, brand documents) — 1 credit
Image — 5 credits
Video — charged per second of output, because longer and higher-quality video costs us more to produce:
- Standard video without audio — 3 credits per second (a 5-second clip is 15 credits)
- Standard video with audio — 6 credits per second (a 5-second clip is 30 credits)
- Premium video without audio — 13 credits per second
- Premium video with audio — 18 credits per second (a 15-second clip is 270 credits)
Campaign plan generation — charged according to the number of platforms and the posting frequency you select. The cost is shown to you before you confirm. Every paying account receives one free campaign plan per billing period.

Creating a brand profile, including the brand documents generated from your website, does not consume credits. Using media you have uploaded does not consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the following period. The credit costs above may change as the underlying AI services change; we will notify you of any increase before it takes effect.

11. Plan Limits

Each plan sets limits on the number of social platforms a brand may publish to, how often it may post, how many campaigns it may run, and whether premium video is available. These limits are shown on our pricing page and within the App. We will notify you before reducing the limits of a plan you are subscribed to.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high uptime for Loop Marketing AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Publishing depends on third-party platforms whose APIs may change, fail or restrict access outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, interruption, or a connected platform refusing or delaying a post.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop Marketing AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Marketing AI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may cancel your Loop Marketing AI account at any time through your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Loop Marketing AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of București, Romania. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Bu Hizmet Şartları ("Şartlar"), loopmarketingai.com adresinde sunulan bir pazarlama otomasyonu platformu olan Loop Marketing AI ("Loop Marketing AI", "Uygulama", "Hizmet", "biz", "bizim" veya "bize") kullanımınızı düzenler. Bir hesap oluşturarak veya Loop Marketing AI'yı kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyun.

1. Hizmet

Loop Marketing AI, işletmelerin pazarlama içeriği oluşturmasına, yönetmesine ve dağıtmasına yardımcı olan yapay zeka destekli bir pazarlama otomasyonu platformudur. Uygulama; yapay zeka ile içerik oluşturma, marka profili yönetimi, kampanya planlama, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest ve YouTube'a yayın, WordPress ve Shopify'a blog yayını ve analiz panoları sunar. 2. Hesap Kaydı

Loop Marketing AI'yı kullanmak için doğru bilgilerle bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Loop Marketing AI hesabınıza yetkisiz erişim olması durumunda bizi derhal bilgilendirmelisiniz.

3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Loop Marketing AI'yı şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasa dışı, zararlı, iftira niteliğinde olan veya herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal eden içerik oluşturmak
Spam göndermek veya istenmeyen iletişimler göndermek
Bağlı herhangi bir platformun hizmet şartlarını ihlal etmek
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, hacklemeye veya kesintiye uğratmaya çalışmak
Yazılı izin olmadan Loop Marketing AI erişimini yeniden satmak veya alt lisanslamak
Kişileri veya kuruluşları taklit eden içerik oluşturmak
Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak

4. İçerik Sahipliği

Marka verilerinizi ve istemlerinizi kullanarak Loop Marketing AI ile oluşturulan tüm içeriğin mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Uygulamayı kullanarak, yalnızca hizmetlerimizi sunmak amacıyla içeriğinizi işlememiz ve saklamamız için Loop Marketing AI'ya sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz. İçeriğinizin mülkiyetini talep etmez ve onu yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmayız.

5. Yapay Zeka ile Oluşturulan İçerik

Loop Marketing AI, sizin adınıza içerik oluşturmak için yapay zeka kullanır. Uygulama aracılığıyla dağıtılan herhangi bir içeriği gözden geçirmek, onaylamak ve sorumluluğunu üstlenmekten yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Açık onayınız olmadan bağlı hiçbir hesaba içerik yayınlanmaz. Loop Marketing AI, yayınlamayı seçtiğiniz yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan içerikten sorumlu değildir. Dağıtımı onaylamadan önce içeriği her zaman gözden geçirmelisiniz.

6. Bağlı Hesaplar

Loop Marketing AI'ya bir hesap bağladığınızda — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, WordPress veya Shopify — açıkça onayladığınızda sizin adınıza içerik yayınlaması ve o hesaba ait analizleri alması için Uygulamaya yetki vermiş olursunuz. Loop Marketing AI aracılığıyla hesaplarınızda yayınlanan tüm içerikten ve bir YouTube kanalı bağladığınızda YouTube Hizmet Şartları dahil olmak üzere her platformun hizmet şartlarına uymaktan siz sorumlu kalırsınız. Herhangi bir hesabın bağlantısını Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar sayfasından istediğiniz zaman kesebilir veya erişimi doğrudan ilgili platform üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz.

7. Ücretsiz Deneme

Yeni hesaplar 14 günlük ücretsiz deneme ile başlar. Denemeyi başlatmak için ödeme yöntemi gerekmez.

Deneme, yapay zeka ile görsel oluşturmayı kapsayan 100 oluşturma kredisi içerir. Yapay zeka ile video oluşturma denemeye dahil değildir ve ücretli bir plan seçtiğinizde kullanılabilir hale gelir.
Deneme, marka başına bir tam kampanya planı içerir ve deneme süresince en fazla bir marka oluşturabilirsiniz. İkinci bir marka eklemek için bir plan seçmeniz gerekir.
Kendi yüklediğiniz medya, deneme sırasında ve sonrasında kredi harcamadan gönderilerinizde kullanılır.
14 gün sona erdiğinde hesabınız kilitlenmez; aşağıda açıklanan Ücretsiz plana geçer. Markalarınız, içeriğiniz ve bağlı hesaplarınız korunur; Ücretsiz planın sınırları içinde paylaşmaya devam edebilir veya istediğiniz zaman ücretli bir plan seçebilirsiniz.

8. Ücretsiz Plan

Deneme süresinden sonra ve ücretli bir planda olmadığınız her zaman hesabınız Ücretsiz planda çalışır. Süresizdir ve ödeme yöntemi gerektirmez.

Bir marka. İkinci bir marka için ücretli plan gerekir.
Bir bağlı platform. Hangisi olacağını siz seçersiniz.
Ayda dört gönderi ve bir kampanya.
Ayda 100 kredi, yapay zeka ile görsel oluşturmayı kapsar. Yapay zeka ile video oluşturma dahil değildir.
Kendi yüklediğiniz medya kredi harcamadan gönderilerinizde kullanılır.
X (Twitter) Ücretsiz planda kullanılamaz. X'te yayınlamanın, X tarafından bize yansıtılan gönderi başına bir maliyeti vardır ve Ücretsiz plan bunu karşılamaz. Desteklenen diğer tüm platformlar kullanılabilir.
Blog yayını, analizler ve öncelikli destek dahil değildir.

Ücretsiz planın kapsamını değiştirebiliriz. Kapsamı daraltmamız hâlinde sizi önceden e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.

9. Abonelik ve Faturalandırma

Loop Marketing AI marka başına faturalandırılır. Her plan için gösterilen fiyat tek bir markanın fiyatıdır ve faturanız bu fiyatın hesabınızdaki etkin marka sayısıyla çarpımıdır.

Abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilmediği sürece her faturalandırma döneminde otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Bir faturalandırma döneminin ortasında marka eklerseniz, o dönemin kalan kısmı için ödeme sağlayıcımız tarafından kalan gün sayısına göre hesaplanan oranlanmış bir tutar tahsil edilir. Tam marka başına fiyat bir sonraki faturanızdan itibaren uygulanır.
Bir faturalandırma döneminin ortasında marka kaldırırsanız, hesabınıza oranlanmış bir alacak yansıtılır.
Hesabınızdaki markalar farklı planlarda olabilir. Faturanız her markanın planını yansıtır.
Ödemeler Stripe tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinizi saklamayız.

Geri ödemeler, bizim tarafımızdaki teknik bir arıza durumunda, bir faturalandırma döneminin kullanılmayan kısımları için takdirimize bağlı olarak sağlanır. Tüketici olmanız halinde, geçerli mevzuat uyarınca sahip olduğunuz yasal cayma hakkı bu Şartlardan etkilenmez.

10. Oluşturma Kredileri

Her plan, marka başına aylık bir oluşturma kredisi tahsisi içerir. Krediler hesabınız genelinde ortak havuzda toplanır, dolayısıyla bir marka paylaşılan bakiyeden harcama yapabilir. Krediler şu şekilde harcanır:

Metin (açıklamalar, blog yazıları, marka belgeleri) — 1 kredi
Görsel — 5 kredi
Video — çıktının saniyesi başına ücretlendirilir, çünkü daha uzun ve daha yüksek kaliteli videonun üretim maliyeti bizim için daha yüksektir:
- Sessiz standart video — saniye başına 3 kredi (5 saniyelik bir klip 15 kredidir)
- Sesli standart video — saniye başına 6 kredi (5 saniyelik bir klip 30 kredidir)
- Sessiz premium video — saniye başına 13 kredi
- Sesli premium video — saniye başına 18 kredi (15 saniyelik bir klip 270 kredidir)
Kampanya planı oluşturma — seçtiğiniz platform sayısına ve paylaşım sıklığına göre ücretlendirilir. Maliyet, onaylamadan önce size gösterilir. Her ücretli hesap faturalandırma dönemi başına bir ücretsiz kampanya planı alır.

Web sitenizden oluşturulan marka belgeleri dahil olmak üzere marka profili oluşturmak kredi harcamaz. Yüklediğiniz medyayı kullanmak kredi harcamaz. Kullanılmayan krediler bir sonraki döneme devredilmez. Yukarıdaki kredi maliyetleri, temel yapay zeka hizmetleri değiştikçe değişebilir; herhangi bir artışı yürürlüğe girmeden önce size bildiririz.

11. Plan Limitleri

Her plan; bir markanın kaç sosyal platformda yayın yapabileceğine, ne sıklıkta paylaşabileceğine, kaç kampanya yürütebileceğine ve premium videonun kullanılabilir olup olmadığına dair limitler belirler. Bu limitler fiyatlandırma sayfamızda ve Uygulama içinde gösterilir. Abone olduğunuz bir planın limitlerini düşürmeden önce sizi bilgilendiririz.

12. Hizmetin Sürekliliği

Loop Marketing AI için yüksek çalışma süresi sağlamayı hedefliyoruz ancak kesintisiz hizmet garanti etmiyoruz. Geçici olarak erişilebilirliği etkileyen bakım çalışmaları yapabiliriz. Yayınlama, API'leri kontrolümüz dışında değişebilen, arızalanabilen veya erişimi kısıtlayabilen üçüncü taraf platformlara bağlıdır. Hizmet kesintisinden, aksamasından ya da bağlı bir platformun bir gönderiyi reddetmesinden veya geciktirmesinden kaynaklanan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Loop Marketing AI, Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır. Size karşı toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin öncesindeki 3 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı aşmayacaktır. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, geçerli mevzuat uyarınca hariç tutulamayacak sorumluluğu hariç tutmaz.

14. Tazminat

Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan, içeriğinizden veya bu Şartları ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan her türlü talep, zarar veya masraf konusunda Loop Marketing AI'yı ve ekibini tazmin etmeyi ve zarardan masun tutmayı kabul edersiniz.

15. Fesih

Loop Marketing AI hesabınızı Ayarlar sayfanızdan istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalandırma döneminizin sonunda yürürlüğe girer. Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine Uygulamaya erişiminiz sona erecek ve verileriniz 30 gün içinde silinecektir.

16. Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri e-posta yoluyla size duyururuz. Değişikliklerden sonra Loop Marketing AI'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

17. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Romanya yasalarına tabidir. Her türlü uyuşmazlık, Romanya'nın București mahkemelerinde çözülecektir. Avrupa Birliği'nde ikamet eden bir tüketici olmanız halinde bu hüküm, ikamet ettiğiniz ülke hukukunun emredici hükümlerinin sağladığı korumadan sizi yoksun bırakmaz.
